Subscriptions are annual, beginning January 1 and including the four quarterly issues of the year. If ordering after March 1, please include postage surcharge for separate mailing of back issues ($5 for the US, $10 for International).

Postage Full-year subscriptions may be ordered any time throughout the year. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders placed AFTER March 1:

$5 additional postage for U.S. orders placed after March 1, 2008
$10 additional postage for non-U.S. orders placed after March 1, 2008

Frequency Quarterly. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Payment Terms PREPAYMENT REQUIRED: Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Make checks payable to The Creative Education Foundation. Checks for payment of international orders must be in U.S. funds on banks within the U.S. Federal Deposit system. We do not accept checks that are not "Magnetic Ink Check Reader"-encoded at the bottom.

Claims We are not responsible for issues lost in the mail. One issue per volume will be replaced when records show the issues were mailed. Customers will be responsible for paying postage. The single-issue price, $25.00, will be charged for additional replacement requests.
